Refunds

RETURN DUE TO QUALITY ISSUES:

 

Within 14 Days: NAKTO will pay the shipping cost of the return. Customers do not need to pay any restock fee.

 

More Than 14 Days :Customers will pay for shipping

 

14days ~ 2 months

 customer will get 80 % refund

3 ~ 4 months

 customer will get 60 % refund

5 ~ 6 months

 customer will get 50 % refund

 

Return steps:

  1. Take a photo or video to show the bike quality problem, send thru email.

 

RETURNS DUE TO NON-QUALITY ISSUES WITHIN 14 DAYS:

  1. Customer pays for shipping and contacts the carrier company to return.
  2. Customer needs to bear the re-stock fee of 15% - 25% (depending on e-bike condition).

 

NO RETURNS AFTER 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING WITH NON-QUALITY ISSUES.

 

REFUNDS

Notify by email your intent of returning.

All returns will be subjected to inspection, we will notify by email, once approved, we will process refunds in 10 working days.  Your refund will be credited back to original payment.  Once process, it will take 10 business days for your bank to be credited back to your account.
